Pounce! The Catch-As-Cat-Can Card Game

Cat lover or not, Pounce is a card game kids and parents alike can dig their paws into. Pounce comes with 25 Room cards, 25 Cat cards, and watch out, there is 1 Bruno the Bulldog card. Pass the cat cards out to each player and keep them hidden. The last person to have pet a cat gets the Bruno the Bulldog card. Select and place a Cat card face down before you and get ready to Pounce. Simultaneously yell, “Pounce!” turn the selected Cat cards over and be the quickest to match a Room card to it. Once the round is over with, pick up your Cat cards, pass the Bruno the Bulldog card to the left and start a new round.

On The Dot: The Super Spotted Brain Teaser

Gather in a group of four or play on your own as a solitaire game, and play On The Dot, the new brain teasing game from GameWright Games. With 64 high gloss pattern cards, and 16 transparent squares, On The Dot is a clear winner. Divvy up the transparent squares so each player gets four and begin a Dot to Dot Dash for 2 to 4 players. Race against your opponents and replicate the pattern cards with all four of your transparent cards. Shout, “On the Dot!” when you think you’ve got it, game play stops to check your work. If you’re wrong, sit that round out while your opponents continue dilly-dallying with those colorful dots. But if you’re right, you win that round. Keep this up until you have successfully become the first player to match 5 pattern cards.
